After 32 years of suffering from a crippling health condition, BBC Breakfast host Naga Munchetty revealed that sterilization was her “only option.”
Naga, a 50-year-old woman, has previously revealed how agonizing her painful medical battle was that she had to call an ambulance because it was getting to the point where it was. Naga had suffered from pain for years before getting diagnosed with adenomyosis in 2022. She later made known her condition after being forced to take time off.
Adenomyosis is a condition in which “the womb (uterus) begins to develop into the muscle in the womb’s wall.” Any symptoms can be treated, according to the NHS.
Naga has revealed her anger in a sincere new interview after being forced to “second guess” how painful her pain was because of excruciating peroids.
She now states, “It makes you angry. If you are second-guessing that you are not strong enough to be a woman, that you are weaker than everyone else because you are told it’s all normal and that everyone else is going through it, you second-guess other aspects of your life.
Naga continued, “You shut up, you don’t speak up,” in an interview with The Times. Although she insisted she has never been suicidal, the BBC Breakfast star revealed the painful symptoms that included fainting, severe aching, exhaustion, vomiting, and heavy bleeding.
