Eighties pop star Sinitta has confirmed that she is single following the breakdown of her year long relationship by posting a sexy picture showing off her incredible curves
Eighties pop singer Sinitta shared with fans that she is starting off the new year as a single woman, following the split with her mystery boyfriend of one year. The singer, 62, best known for her hits including Toy Boy, has always remained tight-lipped over the identity of her partner who she started dating in July 2024.
And at the time, she appeared to be in her element with her new romance, describing him as “a really nice man”, in a recent interview. But judging by her latest social media post, the singer and X Factor star has confirmed her year long relationship has come to an end – and she announced the news in the best way possible.
Posing in just a set of light coloured underwear, the TV personality who has had a string of high profile relationships under her belt over the years, captioned the post with an empowered message to fans.
She wrote: “There is nothing wrong with starting the year single. Being Alone is also a gift. time to reflect, learn and grow peacefully and in your own time.” She added: “Some relationships are not meant to be forever in the same mode, they turn into friendships and some fade to pleasant memories. Don’t be afraid to be alone, embrace it and celebrate you.”

Sinitta concluded her heartfelt post adding: “Release and be released with peace and love and best intentions for each other. Remember together you were Stronger, but alone you were still strong.”
Back when she first started dating her mystery man, Sinitta admitted to OK! magazine: “I am dating someone and he’s a really nice man. It’s nice, I’m happy. He’s obsessed with football, but that’s fine, I’d rather that than other things. It’s good.”
Prior to her romance she had been married to Andy Willner for eight years but their marriage came to an end in 2010. The couple share two children together, Zac and Magdalena.
After being single for years after her divorce, the TV star claimed that her children were over the moon that she had finally found someone to share life with.
She explained: “I didn’t date for a long time; I was single for eight and a half, nine years… I think they know I’m fussy and it took me a long time to find someone, so they trust that.” She added: “Before I was with him, my son said to me, ‘I don’t think you should be alone all the time, all your friends are gay.’
She claimed that her son Zac was far more worried about her love life than she was. She added: “So he was more worried about my sex life than I was – but now I’m OK!”
But at the time, it seemed as though the former singer was struggling to juggle a new relationship and controlling her teenage children who were excited to explore their freedom at the age of 18. She continued: “They’re obsessed with going out because now that they’re 18 they can and they’re loving it. We’re already fighting and they’ve only been 18 for a minute – it’s arguments every day.”
“I’m trying to explain that they’re still under my roof and they’re not completely grown yet. I’m doing the whole, ‘It’s my house, it’s my rules,’ thing, but it’s hard,” she said. Sinitta is certainly no stranger to having her romances in the spotlight, as she not only dated Simon Cowell in the eighties for two years but also counts Hollywood heartthrob, Brad Pitt as one of her exes.
Speaking about her famous exes, she told New magazine: “It’s important to remember Simon and Brad were not superstars when I met them – I was the famous one.” She added“I don’t just date famous, super-rich men, I create them!”
She continued: “I end up being a lucky charm in their lives and after me, everything they touch turns to gold.”
