The group claims that bombardment, starvation, and forced displacement are all ways that the group has stated that it is clear that it intends to drive Palestinians out of the Gaza Strip.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former defense minister Yoav Gallant are wanted on charges of war crimes, according to the International Criminal Court’s assessment, which came months after the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for them.

Additionally, an international court of justice case is bringing against Israel for genocide.
