Nicole Young’s portrayal of Chrishell Stause’s late parents during a heated argument shocked her co-stars when she sold Sunset.
In episode two of the hit television series, the stars gathered around for dinner and got into a brutal spat when it was returning for its ninth season today (October 29).
Nicole, 39, and Chrishell, 44, started arguing over the former-rising rumor that Emma Hernan had an affair with a married man. Chrishell defended her earlier alleged drug use in an effort to raise the bar.
The 39-year-old responded, “Honey, you’re confusing me with your parents, okay”?
You appear to have a drug obsession.
The entire table was shocked by the statement that Chrishell’s parents were deceased. Nicole was fired from the job later in the episode because of her “below the belt” comment.
Long-term viewers will be aware that Chrishell has been open about Nicole’s parents’ prior drug use and their deaths.
Chrishell remarked about the brutal argument, saying, “My parents had already done drugs, and they had already died.”
First of all, “Yes, my parents have done drugs, okay?”
What became of Chrishell’s parents?
Chrishell’s mother Ranae passed away from lung cancer in July 2020, while her father, Jeff, her father, Jeff, tragically passed away in April 2019 after the same battle. Both of them died from drug use. The actress has previously said that they had addiction issues.
The reality star opened up about losing both parents on Instagram. Writing of her father’s passing, she said: “I grew up in an unconventional family and my dad was a drummer – the heartbeat of the music.
We lost our family’s heart today, but I’m happy to know that he brought his music to heaven. There is just a lot more rock and roll going on there. We adore you so much.
Chrishell has always been open about growing up in an “unconventional” household despite having been adopted from birth.
When her mother was also diagnosed with lung cancer and only had a few months to live, she experienced the tragedy that she experienced in February 2020.
The former Days of Our Lives star revealed that because of their daily phone calls, their relationship grew stronger in her final days, but she was unable to visit her mother at the time due to the COVID quarantine.
Chrishell wrote a tribute to her mother just over a year after losing her father.
There is a peace in knowing that you two are back together and free from the pain that afflicted your time here, she said. “Absolutely heartbreaking.
