The Emily Henry book adaptation sees Blyth as leading man Alex, with Emily Bader portraying his love interest Poppy.
After meeting at university, Poppy and Alex vow to travel together every summer. They keep this tradition up for 10 years, all while maintaining their platonic bond. But their friendship faces a rough patch when romantic feelings begin to bubble beneath the surface.
The film has just landed on Netflix and fans are already praising Blyth and Bader’s undeniable chemistry. Off-screen, though, the English actor has another woman in his life.
Who is Daniela Norman?
Blyth is dating actress Daniela Norman. The duo made their red carpet debut during Toronto International Film Festival in September 2025, but little is known about their relationship.
You may recognise Norman as June Park from Netflix’s Tiny Pretty Things. Similar to her character in the drama, the 29-year-old is a trained ballet dancer and even performed with the English National Ballet before pursuing acting.
She started dancing when she was just five years old and transitioned into professional training six years later.
Speaking to Mixed Asian Media back in 2021, Norman explained: “When I was younger I was super fidgety, so my mum put me in dances classes when I was 5.
“I danced a few times a week after school and weekends for years, then my dance teacher invited me to be professionally trained when I was 11, and that’s when I realised, ‘Yes, I love this and want to work hard to become a professional.'”

As for her background, Norman was born in London to a Singaporean mother and British father. She has spoken out about her Asian heritage and how it influenced her upbringing, admitting that her parents were somewhat strict.
“My mother is from Singapore, and her heritage is Malay – as Singapore is a beautiful place of all different cultures and heritage,” she told Mixed Asian Media.
“I did have a strict upbringing, but nothing I would change. It’s made me the hardworking person I am today.
“I also love visiting Singapore and seeing where my mum grew up, but mostly for the food. Some of the best food in the world… even street carts have Michelin stars.”
While the details of her relationship with Blyth are private, Norman frequently posts him on her Instagram. She recently shared snaps from their winter trip to the Maldives with friends.
