Love Is Blind UK brought all the drama to our screens this year with breakups at the altar and a dramatic departure from the series after secrets were revealed. Scottish native Katisha Atkinson was one of the stars who decided to leave the Netflix series after finding out a few things about her fiancé’s actions from a night out.
Demola Ayilara and Javen Palmer played different roles in Katisha’s pods. She changed her mind at the last minute and chose health coach Javen after declaring feelings for Demola. Before the group reunited with the other members of the pod squad, things seemed to go on gradually for the two.
The two had been struggling with their communication, but things soon turned emotional when 28-year-old health coach Javen was particularly bold, openly flirting with rejected contestants Sophie and Aanu while his fiancée Katisha attempted to put on a brave face.

Before Javen announced he was going back out with the group, leaving the nanny alone in tears at home, Katisha was later seen clearly upset.
After another cast member told her about his behaviour, Katisha decided to end their relationship. She left Javen a note with her engagement ring announcing she could no longer marry him.
Fans asked her for updates on social media after her departure in shock. Katisha shared a quick update with fans last week with a compilation video of her activities.
Videos included her brunch dates, interviews on the Netflix podcast, workouts, hangouts with friends, and vacations. She stated at the clip’s opening, “My grass is green because I watered it.”
She added in the caption: “Back in the garden where I belong.” Katisha also recently answered a fan question on her Instagram Stories.
