Wales wings Josh Adams and Tom Rogers have been ruled out of the Six Nations finale against England in Cardiff on Saturday.
Cardiff wing Adams, 29, played in the opening two defeats against France and Italy, but picked up a hamstring injury and missed the losses against Ireland and Scotland.
Scarlets wing Rogers, 26, has started every game in this year’s tournament, but will require surgery after sustaining a fractured thumb injury early on in the defeat at Murrayfield.
He was replaced by his Scarlets team-mate Joe Roberts, with the centre coming on and playing most of the game in Edinburgh out of position on the wing.
Scarlets wing Ellis Mee has started the past two games, while Gloucester back Josh Hathaway is the specialist alternative in the squad to replace Rogers with no replacement called up for the injured duo.
Gloucester centre Max Llewellyn has featured on the wing for his club this season but has started the past two internationals in midfield with Ben Thomas.
Full-back Blair Murray began his Scarlets and Wales career this season on the wing, but has impressed in the number 15 shirt in the past three internationals after Liam Williams was injured in the opening defeat against France.
Cardiff back Mason Grady has missed this campaign because of an ankle problem, while Dragons wing Rio Dyer has not been included in the Six Nations squad.
Wales have lost their previous 16 internationals and are bidding to avoid a second successive Wooden Spoon.
