Central Vietnam’s Imperial City of Hue, aUNESCO-world heritage site, has been submerged by record-breaking rainfall, which has caused severe flooding to sweep central Vietnam. Due to the dangers of severe flooding and landslides, thousands of people have been evacuated from the area.
