President Bola Tinubu is upset about the state of the opposition parties in Nigeria, according to Senate President Godswill Akpabio.
He made the remarks on Wednesday during the commissioning of the recently constructed Arterial Road N20 interchange bridge.
The President is interested in seeing a vibrant opposition, Akpabio said. When he observes the disorganized opposition, it depresses him.
According to him, members of both the PDP and Labour Party are experiencing internal crises because they “cannot manage small parties yet want to run the country.”
Senator Neda Imasuen’s confirmation that she had earlier left the Labour Party for the APC was also confirmed by him.
