Akinade Ibuoye, a Nigerian gospel singer also known as Gaise Baba, has stated that the music industry is “struggling for newness” and that it is “struggling for innovation.”
Gaise Baba made the statement during a conversation with The Morning Brief on Channels Television about music and entertainment and the motivational story behind his popular song “No Turning Back.”
He also discussed his encounter with well-known gospel artist Nathaniel Bassey.
It’s a series of events, or “seeds.” That’s a significant one, he said, but I can see what transpired that night as a public declaration of dealings I’ve done inside my own home on November 11 and 12, 2022.
The singer described how Nathaniel Bassey and his relationship with him as “a sign that our paths had crossed at that time.“
