Victoria Beckham, who became famous with the Spice Girls, has been accused by her son Brooklyn of dancing “inappropriately on him” at his lavish wedding to Nicola Peltz.

Despite shooting to fame as one fifth of one the biggest girlband’s the UK has ever produced, Victoria Beckham will be the first to admit she’s been awkward and uncomfortable performing in front of judging eyes.

After joining Mel B, Geri Horner, Emma Bunton and Mel B on one reunion tour, the fashion designer said she knew wasn’t at home on stage and has snubbed further live performances. Victoria admitted she was left crushed by one ‘cruel comment’ made during the Spice Girls’ first comeback.

Posh Spice, 51, who has been slammed by her son, Brooklyn, 26, in a seething statement in which he accuses his mum of ‘hijacking’ his first wedding dance, shot to fame with the Wannabe stars before marrying former footballer, David Beckham, making them the ultimate power couple.

The Spice Girls reunited in 2007 for a UK tour, much to fans’ delight. However, while performing with Sporty, Baby, and Ginger Spice, Victoria revealed bandmate, Scary Spice, aka Melanie Brown, left her “upset”.

Opening up about her music career in her Netflix documentary, Victoria said Mel’s comments made her realise she “didn’t belong on stage.”

She claimed that Melanie B, who had said to me, “Don’t forget where you come from,” and that one of the girls actually said that, which did both upset me.

Then, she continued, “I have never forgotten where I’ve come from.” Posh Spice is always the reason I’m sitting here, and I never forget that. She was great, even if she may have been a little grumpy.

While Victoria acknowledged that the girl group’s return during the tour made her realize that she “didn’t belong on stage,” she said it was “good to be back.”

The mum-of-four was said to be “in bits” after Brooklyn launched his blistering attack on his famous family on Monday. In a six-page public rant, the hot sauce enthusiast made a jaw-dropping claim about Victoria’s behaviour at his wedding to Nicola Peltz.

He claimed that my mother “hijacked my first dance with my wife, which had been planned weeks in advance of a romantic love song, and that he had done it inappropriately” at his wedding.

Marc Anthony called me to the stage in front of our 500 wedding guests, which was scheduled for my wife’s romantic dance, but instead my mother was seated nearby and waited with me. In front of everyone, she danced very inappropriately on me. In my entire life, I have never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated.

Fans discovered footage of Victoria dancing at a number of family gatherings after the bombshell. The mother-of-four appears to be in great spirits when she is seen letting loose at the beach with son Cruz and even daughter-in-law Nicola.

Posting the carousel of clips on Instagram, one fan wrote: “It just doesn’t make sense to me that VB is out there dancing inappropriately. The woman is your average mother after a few too many vinos.”

They continued, “Make it make sense??????” as the rest of us were clearly perplexed by Brooklyn’s comments. What’s happening here? VB will comment, right? The Beckham-Peltz first dance footage is it visible? Will I ever be able to fall asleep? !!!

Another person agreed and said, “Her little dances are a whole vibe, he needs to stop!” I have no idea how much she hurt her son, but she was probably drunk at the wedding.
