Victoria Beckham has decided to draw a line in the sand amid her ongoing feud with her eldest son and daughter-in-law, a source tells us. The Spice Girl-turned-fashion mogul is currently preparing to share “the challenges and triumphs that have defined her” in her new Netflix documentary – and it’s already expected to be one of the streaming service’s biggest hits of the year.
The trailer for the three-parter, as OK! reports, showed Victoria, 51, breaking down in tears as she struggled under the pressure of producing her Paris Fashion Week show, supported by David and some of her A-list pals, as well as delving into her time in what is still one of the world ’s most successful and iconic pop bands.

According to our source, Posh allegedly surprised herself by how sensitive she was as a result of the documentary’s unpacking of her role as the Beckham clan’s matriarch. Our source claims that the trailer’s tearful Victoria confesses she only wants “my kids and David to be proud of me” before being comforted by her 26-year marriage, and that’s just the start of what will come when it drops on October 9th.
According to the source, “She found it very emotional and liberating at the same time.” She was shown how loved she was and how her family had stayed with her through the ups and downs.
The main thing that is still troubling her, her fractious relationship with Brooklyn, caused it to be a roller coaster of emotions. She realized that enough is enough, right now, despite the heartache of this situation with him.
The film, which was directed by the director of Michelle Obama’s Becoming movie, is expected to depict Essex-born Victoria dealing with a number of her flaws over the years, including being frequently referred to as “that miserable cow that never smiled” and having her fashion business fall into debt by millions of pounds.
The series’ synopsis claims that Victoria has always had more than meets the eye, and promises a rare, nuanced portrait of a woman who has constantly reinvented herself in the media.
It continues, “Her journey from a determined young girl in England with her sights set on the world’s biggest stages to an international icon has been defined by ambition, reinvention, and an unwavering commitment to style.”
While Victoria is expected to do her fair share of offloading and first-person shots, there are also comments from former professional football player David, who was named Sir in this year’s King’s Birthday honors, as well as interviews with some of the biggest names in high fashion and a few members of her inner circle.
Her eldest son, Brooklyn, 26, is rumored to be virtually estranged from his parents after a long-running family feud, and he is one of the few people who shouldn’t appear in the latter category.
His lack of public shout-out is a far cry from just two years ago, when Brooklyn and his actress wife Nicola Peltz, 30, joined the rest of so-called “Brand Beckham” on the red carpet, for the release of the documentary about David’s life. At the time, Brooklyn was full Team Beckham, describing it in interviews as “amazing”.
Given that he hasn’t publicly acknowledged a number of his parents’ big events over the past year, including his dad’s birthday, and there is still talk of a feud with his wife and model wife Nicola, Brooklyn’s stony silence about the family’s most recent offering isn’t perhaps so surprising.
On September 17th, the same team that created the most recent series, Beckham, released the trailer, which quickly led to accusations that Brooklyn had been cut out of Victoria’s story.
In some late 1990s footage, he does make a blink-and-you’ll-miss it cameo in which the team behind the show is accused of completely erasing Brooklyn. A very smiley and much younger Posh Spice cradling baby Brooklyn is shown in a flashback film that depicts an emotional Victoria declaring, “I’m not going to let it slip through my fingers again.”
Our source claims that Brooklyn’s cameos shouldn’t surprise viewers because Victoria is hopeful that they’ll eventually be reunited despite the ongoing conflict.
They assert that “She knows he will, one day, come back to her,” but it’s just not the right time. She sees it this way right now; she has realized how blessed she is to have her family supporting her through this project. She still hopes that she and Brooklyn will resolve their differences, which she obviously does, but she also has a limit to how she can fight.
We’ll undoubtedly be watching…
