Vanessa Hudgens, a star of High School Musical, and husband Cole Tucker welcomed their second child, but she experienced burst blood vessels as a result.

After going through a “wild” labor process, Vanessa Hudgens delivered her second child. The 36-year-old American actress and singer gave birth to a son in July 2024.

The High School Musical actress also confirmed that she had welcomed a second child on Saturday. Vanessa, who has been married to Major League Baseball shortstop Cole Tucker, 29, since December 2023, even had her eye’s blood vessels burst as she had contractions.

Taking to Instagram at the weekend, the star shared a photo of herself smiling in a hospital bed while holding onto Cole’s hand. And she revealed she had welcomed their second child – without revealing the gender or name of their bundle of joy.

She wrote: “Well…. I succeeded. had a second child!! What a wild ride labor can be. To all the mothers, a big shout out. What our bodies can do is truly astounding.

And on Instagram Stories, she explained that she had sustained injury while bringing the little life into the world. She shared a selfie showing a bloodshot eye.

“Labor,” she wrote next to the image. Blood vessels and popping out babies are horrible. Four months after Vanessa and Cole revealed they were expecting their second child, the new child is due.

They shared images of themselves posing in the sunshine with Vanessa’s growing bump on display midway through July. A straightforward caption reads: “Round two!!! “!

She provided a rare insight into her motherhood experience in August of this year.

She chuckled to E! News: “Balance” She is unknown to me. Time is a precious commodity, and life is crazy. I have an extreme sense of purpose and am always doing something. So I suppose, if you’d say extreme balance, that’s balance.

She continued to claim that she had learned to “slow down and enjoy the moment” as a parent.

She continued, “It’s so simple to concentrate on things in the future.” Say, “I’ll be happy when,” or “Things will be simpler when.” But that’s not the point. The moment in front of you is what matters.

She continued, explaining that finding more balance in her home had been a key factor, and that she had also learned more.

She said, “Being a mother is essentially the most exhausting thing on the planet, and Narwal gives me that.”
