Two oil tankers in the Black Sea, allegedly part of Russia’s “shadow fleet,” were attacked by Ukrainian forces using drones to evade sanctions. Kairos and Virat, two ships that were flagged as being inoperable in the Gambia, are reportedly no longer operational.
