Troops Foil Abduction In Taraba, Rescue Three Victims

In a quick, intelligence-driven operation carried out in Taraba State, soldiers from the 6 Brigade Nigerian Army and Sector 3 Operation Whirl Stroke (OPWS) managed to save three victims.

Following the receipt of a reliable intelligence report from the 6 Brigade’s troops stationed in Jeb Jeb, which revealed the presence and activities of suspected kidnappers in Sangai Village, Bachama Ward of Karim Lamido Local Government Area, the operation was carried out on January 5, 2026.
