At the European artistic swimming Championships in Madeira, Ranjuo Tomblin won four medals overall, helping Great Britain to win six medals overall.

Tomblin won the solo technical competition last year after winning the men’s solo free title and becoming the first British male to do so in the competition. With a score of 234.4225 points, Tomblin won the men’s solo free title.

The 19-year-old now held a 1.7966-point advantage over Filippo Pelati, who won bronze with Spain’s Dennis Gonzalez Boneu.

In addition to taking home two medals in the mixed competitions, Tomblin also won bronze in this year’s solo free event.

Tomblin and Olympic silver medalist Izzy Thorpe both won silver in the technical event’s mixed duet, their first competition together.

He and Holly Hughes also won bronze in the mixed duet free.
