The Nolans’ first public appearance since Linda’s passing will be a reunion.

On October 4, Sisters Denise, Maureen, and Anne take to the stage at Sheffield City Hall’s Simply The Best, a glittering fundraising concert in aid of Weston Park Cancer Charity.

Tell Me It’s Not True from Blood Brothers, a musical with deep family significance, will be played. A Guinness World Record was set for Maureen and Denise, along with their late sisters Bernie and Linda, who also appeared in the well-known musical production in London’s West End.

Alongside The Nolans, the bill features Layton Williams, Dr Ranj, Strictly’s Janette Manrara, Hayley Tamaddon, Sam Bailey, Zoe Tyler and Rustie Lee.

Denise, 73, Maureen, 71, and Anne, 74, who have been personally affected by cancer and have four sisters who have previously battled the disease, are particularly proud to honor their memory by raising vital funds. After surviving with breast cancer, Linda passed away in January from pneumonia.

The performance I’m In The Mood For Dancing will follow the evening’s program. It will be Denise’s first time singing the group’s signature hit, as she left before the 1979 release of the album.

I’ve never before performed I’m In the Mood For Dancing, so it feels very special to me to do it with my sisters and for such a meaningful reason.

“Cancer has touched our family in the most devastating way, so being able to use our voices to raise money for others going through it means the world to us.”

For me, Anne continued, “This will be my first performance of Tell Me It’s Not True,” which is very heartfelt. It will be a powerful moment for us as sisters to sing it together with Denise and Maureen and to know that Bernie and Linda also performed it.

The Nolans will make an appearance at the Hebden Bridge Picture House’s Talking Pictures Festival of Film &amp, TV Roadshow on October 11.

The sisters will participate in an exclusive Q&amp, A reminiscing about their extraordinary 50-year career, which will be hosted by Sherrie Hewson and Mike Read.

Our amazing fans have been there, every step of the way, and we’ve had such a varied career in showbiz, Maureen said. For the first time in history, we can reflect and honor our story.
