When it comes to footwear, this season’s trends are all about animal print, and it seems like Adidas is leading the way with must-have designs. The ASOS X Adidas Cow Print pack, an exclusive launch, was a quick response after the Adidas leopard print Sambas’s sale of the Sambas just last week.
Both the cow print Adidas Samba, £100, and the SL 72 OG, £90, landed exclusively on the ASOS website on Wednesday February 19, and of course instantly sold out. The SL 72 OGs quickly followed, and the Sambas quickly became out of stock.
Fashion fans have already been looking for ways to rock the look without having to wait (and contend with yet another instant sell out) despite ASOS’ confirmation that there will be a restock coming within the next two weeks. These three styles make excellent substitutes for cow print trainers if you’re looking for them without the hassle.

Adidas Originals Taekwondo Mei Women’s, £100
Why not switch out from these Taekwondo Meis if you just can’t resist these Adidas trainers’ power? They are as effortlessly cool as the Samba and the SL 72 OG, and their laceless design is inspired by Adidas’ early 2000s martial arts lineage. Additionally, you get to see far fewer people wearing your shoes.
Additionally, they have a neutral leather three stripe design down the side and a pony-hair upper with black and white cow print. You’ll also experience a subtle contrast and plenty of grip thanks to gum soles.
Bimba Y Lola Cow print fur 13 57 Cupsole Sneaker, £119 (was £170)
These Bimba Y Lola cow print trainers are all-inclusive and on sale. The soles are made of pony hair cow print leather, a metallic silver heel tab, and baby blue leather stripe detailing down the side.
The shape does, however, more closely resemble a Nike Air Force 1 than an Adidas design, but they’re just as easy to style for a laid back look. Plus, they now have 30% off, saving you more than £50.
Converse Chuck 70 Animal Print, £40.79 (was £50.99)
These cow print Converse trainers are still offered in all sizes despite receiving a sizable 20% discount. The brand’s signature canvas uppers are adorned with a chunky platform rubber sole and a light brown and white cow print pattern. They also have OrthoLite cushioning, which makes them incredibly comfortable to wear day and day.
