Syrian army, SDF start implementing ceasefire despite clashes

Despite some rumor-based clashes, the Syrian army and the SDF continue to implement their new ceasefire. The SDF is anticipated to re-establish control of the Syrian army’s public infrastructure and services and bring them under the federal government’s control.
