Hulk Hogan, who passed away this week at the age of 71, has received tribute from Sebastian Stallone. In 1982, the pair co-starred in Rocky III.
Sylvester Stallone has paid a heartbreaking tribute to Hulk Hogan, who died this week. The WWE wrestler died at the age of 71 following a reported cardiac arrest and tributes have since flooded in for the sportsman.
Rocky star Sylvester, who first appeared on Rocky III’s set in 1982 alongside the wrestler, said he knew he would become well-known. On set, Sylvester claimed there was a glow about him.
He also posted on Instagram, writing: “I had the pleasure of meeting this brilliant personality and showman when he was 26 years old. He was absolutely wonderful and his amazing skill made Rocky three incredibly special. My heart breaks. I think that he’s gone.”

Sylvester recalled how the 315-pound Hulk would pick him up and drop him to the ground, but he had a unique method for lowering him so he wouldn’t get hurt. He referred to the punches as being incredibly precise and precise.
He referred to the wrestling star as a “force to be reckoned with” and said that the wrestler was “very talented” at the beginning of his career and had yet to emerge. I can tell you that he was “absolutely incredible,” weighing in at around 315 pounds (22st 5 pounds) but very intelligent. He spoke in a powerful, calming voice.
And he was ready to contribute anything to improve the show. The whole point is that, like David and Goliath, the bigger the better, and no one initially wanted him because they thought he was too big. And he arrived in excellent condition.
He said to TMZ, “The thing is, we started to roll around and he would literally pick me up and drop me to the ground.” I anticipated that by the time I land, he would be literally pulp and perform stunts that you wouldn’t expect them to.
Hulk was then described as being smart by Sylvester. He said, “He was very smart. I am aware of how many people view books based on their cover. He was the subject of the same action. He had a lot of entrepreneurial spirit and was very smart.
“He simply was in a lot of pain,” he said. He obviously sustained numerous injuries. He claimed to have received a score of 10 plus, but he never complained. He made an effort to be as pleasant as possible and persuade himself. He means a lot to me. He is unavoidable. He and Ozzy Osbourne have had a rough week so far. Some significant people have been lost.
