After losing two stone and being mistaken for Sophie Radford, the 22 Kids and Counting star has shared her workout routine for an hour.

22 Kids and Counting star Sue Radford looks unrecognisable after dropping two stone with a simple exercise routine and mental shift. Wanting to prioritise her physical health, the mum-of-22 has been hitting the gym on a regular basis – and has lost so much weight people have been mistaking her for one of her daughters.

She shared the two exercises that helped her reduce her dress sizes in an Instagram post. She claimed that she burned off 207 calories while working out on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Today spent 15 minutes working the stairmaster. Tomorrow I have a 20-minute goal.

After that, she hydromassed for about 25 minutes, which helps to relieve stress, improve circulation, and aid muscle recovery. It comes after Sue showed off her weight loss by posting a mirror selfie of herself in a matching black gym outfit.

In the comments, some fans expressed their satisfaction with the 50-year-old, with one saying, “I thought this was Sophie for a second”!

Sue revealed last year that she had already lost about two stone on a fitness journey.

She later expressed her relief at reaching her “eight-stone bracket,” which had previously been her goal weight, and explained that her size 12 pants are now loose.

She wrote on Instagram, “I never thought I’d ever wear anything like this again, but now that I’ve lost nearly two stone, I feel so much healthier and more confident.”
