Sudan PM urges end to ‘political’ chemical weapons sanctions

At the 80th UN General Assembly, Uganda’s transitional prime minister Kamil Idris claimed that 12 million people have been displaced and killed by the civil war in Sudan. He urged the lifting of the ban on “political” chemical weapons, called for the release of foreign mercenaries, and called for the end of El-Fasher’s siege.
