Amy-Lucy, who had a fling with married Thomas Skinner, has argued that his admission that it was “nothing more” than a one-time event is untrue.
Amy-Lucy O’Rourke, Thomas Skinner’s “one-off” girlfriend, claims she disproves his claim that it was “nothing more” than a one-time thing by sharing a number of allegedly false texts between the two.
The Strictly Come Dancing star confessed he had cheated on his wife Sinead just weeks after they got married. The pair tied the knot in May 2022, four years after they met in a bar in London. The pair got engaged two years later and now share three children – a son who is now four and a set of twin daughters, who are now two.
Thomas claimed in an admission that it was his “biggest mistake of my life” and that he felt “absolutely terrible” about it. He claimed the two-week fling was intentional.

“Two and a half years ago,” the statement read. It is my life’s biggest mistake. In a pub, I met her. She was raising her own. She gave me some cosmetic slimming treatments during our phone conversation. I had a flirt. He continued, “It was nothing more than that.”
“It was the one mistake,” he said. I had such terrible feelings when I woke up. I told my wife, “I felt so bad.” In that brief moment of madness, I let her down and didn’t appreciate what I had. I apologize. I’m so, so sorry”.
Contrary to Thomas’ claims, Amy-Lucy has now claimed that the pair dated for three months. She claims that the pair first contacted each other on May 13 and that it remained so until July 7 when they contacted each other. She claimed that they met up in the evening and that they had a conversation on Facebook on June 20 when Thomas and the couple tied the knot.
Thomas, who has three children with his wife Sinead, informed Amy-Lucy that he felt pressured to marry his wife because of her family and that he was in a “loveless relationship of convenience.”
“We were messaging one another all of the time. There were also late night calls and often he would be with me,” she told the Mail Online. Amy-Lucy also claims that by July, the pair’s messages grew explicit and they told each other how they were in love.
Amy-Lucy claimed that Tom would become envious of rumors that she and another man were dating. She claimed that despite telling him that she was interested in him, she had assured him that she was the only one who was interested.
