Tasha now has her sights on something fresh after making it all the way to last year’s Strictly Come Dancing final, where she claimed the “future looks bright.”
Tasha Ghouri, the star of Strictly Come Dancing, has opened up about a new career path and has revealed that the “future looks bright.”
After making it all the way to the Strictly Come Dancing final in December, the former Love Island star was pipped by stand-up comedian Chris McCausland to take the lead, she endured a rollercoaster few months.
Meanwhile, not long after her success on the show, her relationship with Andrew Le Page came to an end, with the news of the break-up coming as a shock to their social media followers.
Tasha recently stated that, despite not being entirely certain what the future holds, she is eager to “push” herself in the months ahead despite the most recent events in her life.
She told the Mirror: “I don’t really know, the future looks bright. I want to do more presenting and documentaries.”
She continued, “That’s the path I want to take.” Although I’ve made a number of TV appearances that are upcoming, I believe I should push myself and set myself some challenges this year.
The 26-year-old has also given a lot of her time to charity, helping organizations like NDCS (National Deaf Children’s Society), RNID (Royal National Institute for Deaf People), and Deaf Kidz International.
She was diagnosed as deaf shortly after giving birth to a special need in the charities.
The Strictly actress received a cochlear implant prior to her fifth birthday, which electrically stimulates the auditory nerve and aids in hearing.
The former Love Islander has lent her support to a recent partnership between Disney and the Make A Wish foundation. At the Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire, the star made an appearance as the celebrity ambassador.
Children with serious illnesses had the opportunity to interact with some of their favorite characters over the course of three days, as well as Tasha, who was there to meet them and their families.
