After grueling dance rehearsals, Strictly Come Dancing star Nikita Kuzmin now has a glamorous home in London to return to after her grueling exits.
While we’ve grown accustomed to seeing Nikita Kuzmin light up our screens every Saturday night, he’s chosen to keep his personal life largely under wraps. Nikita’s social media is predominantly filled with snapshots of his life in the training room.
Nikita, 27, is currently partnered with West End star Amber, 29 on Strictly Come Dancing. Despite, Nikita not have much time to enjoy his chic flat that he shares his London pad with his adorable feline companions, and while his girlfriend, model Lauren Jaine, has made several appearances in photos taken at the flat, it remains unclear whether they share the space.
If not, Nikita’s best friends, Leo and Bagheera, are right next door to him.
He once even had a litter of adorable kittens to keep him company.
The stylish flat boasts a balcony where Nikita can work out and soak up some sun in what is undoubtedly a sun trap, reports OK!.
The fit and healthy star prepares nutritious meals for his demanding rehearsal schedule in the apartment’s sleek white high-gloss kitchen and cozy grey sofas for relaxing.
The flat’s other residents aren’t the only foodies. In the flat’s dining area, he captured a photo of Lauren enjoying a mouthwatering plate of pasta, which he thought would pique the interest of one of his cats.
An enormous wall clock, with each numeral on the face displayed through a different type of number featured in framed artwork on the wall, is a fascinating feature of the flat, which extends two floors.
A massive tree dominates the lounge during the holiday season.
Nikita also enjoys playing the guitar as a form of relaxation in his own sanctuary.
Born and raised in Ukraine, Nikita relocated from his base in Germany to Britain in 2021 to take part in Strictly Come Dancing and has transformed his London apartment into a proper home.
The professional dancer has, however, previously talked about his early years in Kyiv.
He revealed that his grandmother fled Ukraine during the Russian invasion during an appearance on The One Show.
When you start to walk the streets you grew up on, where you spent your entire childhood, are now bombed, and are completely devasted, he said, and it is heartbreaking.
The controversy comes as Nikita denies any reports of the notorious Strictly curse impacting their relationship and assures fans that Lauren, his girlfriend, is aware that dancing is purely a professional activity.
The professional dancer is no stranger to the rumors that can spread quickly among the competitors.
However, Nikita is steadfast in her commitment to keeping their relationship afloat.
Anyone who isn’t a dancer must understand that it’s just a job, he said. It’s just a part of what we do, and we don’t really think about it romantically. And if something ever went wrong, we would discuss it and resolve it.
He’s obviously in love with her because he praised her supportive nature, and he admitted that he had thought about the future and possibly tied the knot with Lauren.
He said, “I’m really lucky to have a girlfriend and family that supports me.” On my way home, I call my mother, and when I return, Lauren has me waiting. We schedule our time together.
