Following their Europa League victory, Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou has not yet spoken about his future plans for the club.

Spurs’ 17-year search for a trophy came to an end when they won the match against Manchester United in the final on Wednesday.

With just one game left to play, Tottenham sits 17th in the Premier League, so it has continued to speculate about Postecoglou’s future.

At Friday’s Europa League victory parade, the 59-year-old Celtic boss said, “all the best TV series, season three is better than season two. “

Postecoglu said in his pre-game press conference before Sunday’s final game of the season against Brighton that: “I should have given it a little more thought because sometimes they kill off the main character.

We’re actually building something, I believe. It’s fascinating. A team of players, a staff, and a winning team are all present.

“Since before, I haven’t spoken to the club, and perhaps they were waiting for clear air.”

I simply refuse to be distracted by anything because I haven’t given it much thought.

Even a victory over Brighton on Sunday would not suffice to stop Tottenham from posting their lowest Premier League points total.

With only three games left, they are currently at 38 points, down from their previous low of 44 in 1997-98.

Postecoglou’s side also needs to win, and they must hope that the results will prevent them from finishing second in the league since 1976-77.

The Spurs manager is still optimistic about the future, though, with a European trophy secured.

He continued, “I won’t put a cap on what we can accomplish.”

“The possibilities are limitless. It’s fair to say that this year has been incredibly difficult. Because I might have felt so isolated, this position might have been extremely challenging for me.
