We share a very, very close bond, “says. I adore her. We are genuinely a very happy family. The music mogul revealed that Lauren initially struggled to be on camera with Simon in his new show and that eventually she grew more used to it.
She is exactly the same on the show as she is in real life, which is funny. I was absolutely aghast while watching the show back in some of the scenes.
Lauren, who still uses her ex-husband’s surname, Silverman, is portrayed in one scene as saying it’s high time she changed her name. She responds, “Look, I have a life with Simon, we have a child together, and we have a solid relationship,” in a voiceover from the camera.
She claims that the name change was “forming a unity” with Simon and Eric, and that it was more about our families being one and the same. When Simon and I talked about it, Simon said, “Yes, I would really like you to change your name.”
