‘Shoot their legs’: Kenya’s President Ruto rails against looters

William Ruto, president of Kenya, advised that anyone who looted or vandalized a business be shot in the leg and dealt with by the courts afterward. Following the anti-government demonstrations on Monday that attracted at least 31 people and caused his first comments.
