Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Pleads Not Guilty To New Indictment

In addition to his new indictment adding allegations to his US federal sex trafficking and racketeering case, Sean “Diddy” Combs entered a not-guilty plea on Friday.
According to the superceding indictment, the hip hop magnate sexually abused people and coerced them into drug-fueled sex parties by requiring their silence.
The 55-year-old entered the plea in the Manhattan courtroom while waving a tan shirt and pants to enter the criminal case’s plea, which is scheduled to start trialing on May 5 and have opening statements set for May 12.
Combs has refuted every charge.

Since late 2023, the Grammy winner’s singer Cassie, whose real name Casandra Ventura, has been accused of coercling her to more than a decade of coercion through physical force, drugs, and a 2018 rape, there have been mounting public allegations against her.
Combs is also facing a number of civil lawsuits, including those involving alleged harrowing abuse by the artist and associates, as well as the federal criminal case.
The once-rap star has been in prison since September, when his appearance has begun to appear significantly older and bear a crop of salt-and-pepper hair.
He waved, grinned, and kissed a row of supporters, including his mother and two of his children, at the hearing on Friday.
