S Club star, Jon Lee, has sent fans into a frenzy after showing off his jaw-dropping body transformation after only four months in the gym. The Don’t Stop Movin’ star, 43, took to Instagram to reveal his progress by sharing incredible before and after shots of his ripped physique.
Jon said he “choose to be happy” when he performed the second snap, in which his taught torso, bulging biceps, and impressive pecs are proudly displayed in a selfie taken in the gym. He added, “I chose to make positive changes,” in addition to the photos he uploaded today. I made the decision to advance. I made the decision to be content. I made the right choice. I made the right choice.

Jon’s bandmate Jo O’Meara was one of the first to reply as she wrote: “Looking [fire emoji].” Kerry Katona replied: “FIT!” while Christine McGuinness posted fire emojis. Meanwhile, another fan added, excitedly: “‘Wit woo! check you out you little hottie amazing well done! X.”
With the nineties bopper group S Club 7, which included Rachel Stevens, Tina Barrett, Paul Cattermole, Bradley McIntosh, Hannah Spearritt, and Paul Cattermole, Jon rose to fame.

She said, “It was amazing to have the tour and be able to celebrate him,” referring to how traveling together helped them deal with their grief.
