Ruth Langsford, the actress who once enjoyed a successful marriage to GB News’ Eamonn Holmes, has been trying to mend her broken heart since 2024.
After a challenging 2025, Ruth Langsford is planning a bumper year that’s packed with fresh opportunities – including, hopefully, an exciting new romance. Following her painful split from TV star Eamonn Holmes, we’re told the Loose Women host is eager to grab 2026 with both hands and put herself – and her love life – first.
“This marks a new beginning,” the author says. She’ll be divorced, she’s getting a new book out, and she’s feeling fantastic, according to a source close to the actress. It’s undoubtedly a new beginning because she’s looking for love. She will turn in her year in 2026.
Eamonn and Ruth, 65, were married for 14 years to one another before they split up. We’re told the presenter wants to find someone who is both upbeat and truly happy in life, and what that means for her.
