Ruth Langford’s ‘quick’ air fryer brunch recipe with superfood side dish

The Loose Women actress, 65, shared her easy-to-make recipe for an air fryer on social media.

Ruth Langsford has shared her feta omelette recipe with fans—and it’s partly made in the air fryer. The Loose Women star, 65, said her dish is not only ‘delicious’ but also especially quick to make.

“QUICK BRUNCH” In a recent post, she claimed to have 1.1 million followers. “Feta omelette with tomatoes, avocado, and air-fried peppers and onions. Delicious” !

Ruth prepared her recipe by placing substantial bags of sliced mixed peppers from Tesco on an air fryer tray. Then she generously added some chopped garlic.

She then incorporated a few cherry tomatoes into the mix before giving everything a good shake.

She placed the tray in her Ninja air fryer, cooking it for about 10 minutes at 180°C, after spraying what appeared to be a light layer of oil on top. She prepared three egg yolks in a bowl while she was waiting and butter-fried the mixture in a hot pan.

Her omelette’s base was formed by this, which she topped with a number of cubes of feta and a variety of herbs. She plated the omelette next to the air-fried vegetables after cooking it by folding it in half.

On the side, avocado was served, which is frequently referred to as a “superfood.” “It’s lovely…. Feta melts inside the omelette, giving it a nice salty flavor, Ruth added.

Ooh, according to another joker. looks fantastic. But three eggs? You must be having friends, Ruth replied, “No. all for me!! “
