Russian FM vows ‘decisive response’ if attacked by the West

At the UN General Assembly, Sergey Lavrov, the country’s foreign minister, warned the EU and NATO that any aggression against Russia would result in a “decisive response.” He argued that Russia is prepared to react if provoked, but that it has no intention of attacking the West.
