Rescue efforts as super typhoon hits Philippines, displacing thousands

As a result of Super Typhoon Ragasa’s devastating flooding and landslides in the area, rescuers worked night and day to evacuate residents in the northern Philippines. The strongest storm of the year has caused thousands of people to flee.
