Riyad Mansour, the UN envoy for Palestine, claimed Mahmoud Abbas is threatened by Washington’s visa ban on Palestinian officials’ access to the General Assembly. He stated that the UN has urged the US to adhere to the treaty obligations while the delegation is reviewing the announcement.
