In response to music mogul Sean Combs’ outcry over his ex-girlfriend Casandra Ventura’s relationship with the rapper, US rapper Kid Cudi on Thursday described having his home broken into and his car set on fire.

Following last week’s explosive testimony from Ventura, who claimed she had been physically and psychologically abused by Combs for years in Manhattan federal court, comes the highly anticipated testimony from the well-known rapper Kid Cudi, whose real name is Scott Mescudi.

The former leader of the music industry is facing racketeering and sex trafficking charges.

When Ventura called him when she told him that Combs had discovered their fling, Mescudi described how she described one day when she called him and said she felt “nervous.”

Mescudi claimed he initially believed Ventura and Combs were no longer together after seeing her, but he later took her to the Sunset Marquee hotel for safety.

Mescudi, who claimed he knew Combs had abused Ventura, testified, “I just wanted to put her somewhere so she wouldn’t be off the radar.”

Capricorn Clark, Combs’ assistant, called the pair as they hid out, telling them that she had been forced to ride along to Mescudi’s home where Combs had gone inside.

Combs called Mescudi and said, “I’m over here waiting for you.”

Combs was unknown when he arrived, but he did discover his dog locked up in a bathroom, which was typically permitted to run freely around the house.

Mescudi claimed that Combs was his last thought before turning to the police.

Shortly after that, Mescudi claimed to have received a call from his dog sitter complaining that the rapper’s car was ignored in January 2012.

Six images of the damaged, mangled car that was discovered next to a Molotov cocktail were shown to the jury.

Mescudi, who donned the witness’s outfit in a white tee and a black leather jacket, responded simply, “what the fuck” when asked by the prosecution how he felt about the finding.

Ventura previously testified that Combs had threatened to blow up Mescudi’s car in order to fuel his anger over the relationship.

Just so enraged, I say.

Combs, according to the prosecution, was the ring’s kingpin for decades, utilizing its power through arson, bribery, and kidnapping.

Combs, 55, is also facing sex trafficking charges, and if found guilty of the alleged federal crimes, he could receive a possible life sentence.

Ventura threatened to release sexually explicit footage of her after he learned of her romance with Mescudi, who she claimed coerced her into “freak-off” sex marathons with male prostitutes for years.

She said during her four days on the witness that “he was just so angry.” He explained to me how he was going to harm Scott and I by releasing videos he had.

Ventura’s testimony was supported by Mescudi, who claimed the powerful music mogul played dumb when confronted about the scorched car.

Combs told him, “I don’t know what you’re talking about,” Mescudi said.
