Prioritise Interest Of Ondo People, Tinubu Charges Gov Aiyedatiwa

President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, on his assumption of office, charging him to prioritise the interests of Ondo people.

Aiyedatiwa, who succeeded former Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, was sworn in on Monday in Akure, the Ondo State capital.

Tinubu in a statement by his spokesman, Bayo Onanuga asked the governor to build upon the legacy of his predecessor.

“I congratulate you on your successful inauguration today for a new term in office following your outstanding campaign for Ondo State governor.

You have the eminently rare honor of succeeding your distinguished predecessor, who contributed to Nigeria’s advancement and growth as a whole, the statement read.

The President emphasized the value of effective leadership, which promotes the welfare of the population and aids in the country’s development.

He also praised Aiyedatiwa for his commitment to governance and advised him to use the opportunity to effect positive change.

Tinubu declared, “I will be your partner in the development of a new era of prosperity for the people of Ondo State.”

PRESIDENT TINUBU APPRECIES GOVERNOR AIYEDATIWA FOR THE SEVERE TERM IN OFFICE.

Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, governor of Ondo State, received congratulations from President Bola Tinubu for his recent term in office.

Governor Aiyedatiwa, who succeeded former Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, was sworn in today in Akure, the capital of Ondo State.

President Tinubu urged him to use his overwhelming mandate to serve the good people of the state and build on the legacy of his illustrious predecessor, the Late Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, by expanding economic opportunities, reducing poverty, improving security, and providing critical infrastructure.
