Bola Tinubu and his wife Oluremi will be among the notable guests at the Eyo Festival taking place today in Lagos State.
The procession will take place on Lagos Island’s Tafawa Balewa Square.

The festival is renowned for its vibrant parades and artistic displays.
The phrase “Eyo” also refers to the costumed dancers known as the masquerades that perform at the festival. The secret societies of Lagos’ inner workings are where it gets its name.
Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the governor of Lagos State, his deputy, Kadri Hamzat, residents of Lagos, visitors from other states, and Nigerians living abroad will also be present at the event.
