Tabitha Willett, 34, got out her phone and filmed the carriage insisting: “Do better London.”

A pregnant Made In Chelsea star has hit out at “commuting men” after nobody on a busy train offered her a seat – despite clearly wearing a Baby on Board badge. Tabitha Willett, 34, got out her phone and filmed the carriage insisting: “Do better London.” She added that an elderly couple beside her suffered the same fate.

The star, who already has a six-year-old called Ottilie, wrote: “I don’t want to be a moan but… On the way back from the school run and a carriage full of men on their phones and no one stood up for a pregnant woman with a badge or elderly couple next to me.”

The post sparked a lively debate with some saying she should simply have asked for a seat – while another reaching for the view that others also paid to travel on the train and “may have been at work all day and needed a rest”. They concluded: “Being pregnant isn’t a disability.”

She replied: “To be honest if I was really struggling being pregnant and standing I would have gone over and asked an able body, ‘I’m so sorry I’m pregnant do you mind if I could sit down til the next stop or something’ but luckily I’m perfectly capable.

“With Ottilie, however, I was pretty much on bed rest and couldn’t physically stand up or take steps on my own, I was given crutches towards the end. Things like that though is why I think, yes pregnancy isn’t a disability but you just don’t know and I don’t think it hurts to ask. That’s my stand point.”

‘Baby on Board’ badges are issued for free by the London transport authority TFL to indicate to other passengers that you are pregnant and may need a seat.

In December, TV star Tabitha revealed she is expecting her second child with fiance Harry Hoare by posting a picture of her getting an ultrasound scan at hospital with her daughter by her side.

She is also getting married this month, recently sharing a picture of wedding dresses and writing: “We are actually having a low-key small wedding in January so these are too wedding gowny but so fun to get in the mood.”

The star announced the engagement via Instagram in November with her showing off a huge engagement ring with several pictures of her and Harry. Tabitha said: “Love you more than you’ll ever know.”

Fans of Made In Chelsea may be surprised by the announcement, as Tabitha was recently dating her co-star Arman Pouladian-Kari. The brief romance was included in the most recent series of Made In Chelsea, which aired at the end of last year.
