A Gogglebox favourite had fans rallying round after posting a pregnancy update as she prepares to welcome her little one.

On Thursday (January 22), Helena posted on Instagram with a sweet update about her pregnancy journey. The reality TV personality shared snaps of herself relaxing on her sofa alongside her cherished feline companion, reports OK!.

Helena received devastating news last month after her beloved grandmother passed away. Helena shared a heartfelt tribute to herself and her mother with her nan on Instagram.
“I’m not sure how to write this post,” I said. I’ve reached 20k on here this week, which is incredible and a great thing. But she also revealed that this week has been “a really rough one.”
Helena continued, “I lost my legendary nana, and as a result, I won’t be filming this series’ final episode of Gogglebox.” My nana deeply loved me and played a huge role in my life.
