After sharing her tragic baby loss story, former Little Mix star Cameron Diaz has told her fans to “wake up” as she teased her brand-new solo music.
Perrie Edwards has teased her brand-new solo music in an exciting The Holiday themed montage with fans on Instagram.
The former Little Mix singer, 32, delighted her loyal fans on Monday evening when she posted a 60-second clip of what will be the music video to her new song which is about to drop this week. The clip draws inspiration from Cameron Diaz in The Holiday as a narrator mocks Perrie after she wakes up from her slumber.
The narrator makes an eye-mask back on Perrie’s face after being roasted by the voice, “This Autumn, find out what Perrie doesn’t have,” as the narrator teases. The singer teased in the caption, “Wakey wakey, it’s release week.”
It comes after former Little Mix singer Perrie confessed that she had an “out of body experience” when she found out she had suffered a miscarriage for the second time in her life in 2022.

The Little Mix singer, 32, has spoken out about the devastating miscarriage they experienced less than a year after the birth of Axel, who turns four this week with former Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, 32.
We had a 20-week scan, but we were actually 22 weeks along, which was “my life’s worst day.” Like horrifying, the singer retorted in a heartbreaking confession.
“And I just knew something was wrong in the scan, and [the doctor] just kept going over the same thing, over the same thing… I’ve never experienced an out-of-body experience where everything goes in slow motion,” said Perrie as she shared the ordeal with Celebs Go Dating expert Paul C. Brunson on his podcast, We Need To Talk.
So I remember sobbing, Perrie continued. Alex was unable to really drive because of his injuries at the time. I couldn’t see straight through his struggles with driving. Simply put, I was devastated. We actually lost the baby at about 24 weeks, right?
Perrie’s first loss of a child came after she lost a baby during her first pregnancy, and the singer described Axel as a ” rainbow baby “.
My first pregnancy came to an end very early, and I miscarried very early. I can recall finding out that I was pregnant. I went to the hospital and had the scan, but they said, “There’s no baby. ” “
However, Perrie said the second encounter, which she and Alex had already begun getting ready for the new baby, really hit home.
It’s really difficult when you’re fully, like carrying in your 24 weeks with plans like that room and everything else, and planning ahead. And nobody else has any knowledge besides immediate friends and family. And I recall that friends would message me and ask, “How’s the bump? ” shortly after. And I’ll say to myself, “There is no bump.
Despite the heartache, Perrie describes having Axel as one of her “best experiences” in her life and is relieved to be expecting.
One of the happiest times of my life occurred when I was pregnant with [Axel], like, I loved being pregnant. I just enjoy carrying babies, I suppose. It was lovely, too.
“But I was a little pessimistic when I thought, “Oh, gosh, I want to get past the 12 weeks,” I thought. I’d like to move past this. And it was perfect when I finally got past every scan and realized my pregnancy was a total success.
After meeting on the celebrity dating app Raya, the South Shields-born singer has been dating football player Alex since 2016. Alex currently plays for the Turkish team Beşiktaş.
The couple tied the knot in 2022, and Alex planned a romantic beachside proposal, but they haven’t yet disclosed any wedding details.
