Little House on the Prairie actress Olivia Barash won the Young Artist Award at the Young Artist Foundation in 1982, and she has since become a popular entertainer.

An actress famed for her roles in Little House on the Prairie and Repo Man is facing eviction after suffering a stroke.

Olivia Barash, 60, claims she has no family and hardly any friends to turn to for assistance because she is bedridden and unable to work. If the young artist, who was nominated for the Young Artist Award at the age of 17, is unable to pay her rent, she will have to move out in just two weeks.

She had applied for a disability benefit but claims this has been rejected by authorities in Los Angeles, California. Now Olivia, who was in Little House on the Prairie in the 1980s, hopes a GoFundMe appeal will help fund her rent and living costs while she recovers from the stroke she experienced last month.

Prior to her illness, Olivia had been working as a director on a new documentary. In recent years, she has concentrated on film. This reportedly means that Olivia’s situation has been put on hold, which further adds pressure to her situation.

Olivia, who also appeared in the 1994 comedy Floundering and the independent romance film Blue Dream, said today: “I just need help during this terrible time. This is not what I anticipated. I want to resume my normal life and relocate to a safe location. Right now, all I need is assistance.

The veteran entertainer, born in Miami, Florida, told TMZ she considers her ordeal “the most devastating chapter” of her life. She claims she has not received the appropriate healthcare following the stroke.

Olivia claims that the circumstances surrounding her potential eviction are uncertain, but that she is being forced to leave because of a rent increase and the restructuring of her Los Angeles apartment building.

Just last year, Marvel fans were recently shocked whenKid Loki actor Jack Veal begged for help on social media, revealing he was living in an “unsafe” trailer with “smashed windows”, despite being a “famous actor” who has worked with the likes of Tom Hiddleston and Emma Stone.
