The Indiana Pacers defeated the New York Knicks to move one game clear of the NBA Finals.

In the first half of Indiana’s 130-121 victory at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Haliburton recorded 20 points, 10 assists, and eight rebounds.

Haliburton became the first NBA player to have a post-season total of 30-15-10-0. He finished with 32 points, 15 assists, and 12 rebounds.

In the Eastern Conference play-off finals, the Pacers had a 3-1 lead.

It was crucial for me to just come out here and make plays in game three [a 106-100 home defeat],” Haliburton said.

“Guys position me to make plays and play my game.” It was a significant success for us.

Fourth-seeded Indiana scored 20 points off the bench under Pascal Siakam.

Karl-Anthony Towns, who had a left knee injury for the second game in a row and was hysterical at the finish, scored 24 points and OG Anunoby scored 22.

Tom Thibodeau, the coach of the Knicks, said, “We scored 120 points, but our defense wasn’t good enough.”

“Haliburton is a fantastic player. Great players in this league are not protected by one person. Your entire team is involved. And everyone will look bad if one guy isn’t doing their jobs.

The best-of-seven series winners will face either the Minnesota Timberwolves or the Oklahoma City Thunder in the Finals, which will take place on June 5.
