Ozzy Osbourne’s final concert in Birmingham, which they purchased for free, is being flogged by opportunists for bringing home personalised confetti from the Black Sabbath rocker’s passing.
Ruthless profiteers are exploiting Ozzy Osbourne’s tragic passing by flogging branded confetti they scooped up at the Back To The Beginning gig.
On July 5, the confetti was hurled into the 40, 000-person audience at Villa Park in Birmingham. Confetti was custom-made to honor the occasion and is slightly larger than typical confetti, which is common among performers.
The round paper pieces are divided into two distinct versions: one dedicated to Ozzy and the other to his band Black Sabbath. The reverse displays their name, the date and time of the performance, and “Birmingham Forever,” while the other side features the appropriate logo.

Numerous concertgoers gathered a large amount of the confetti as keepsakes, and many of them were distributed for free to other supporters after sorting the postage.
The auction website eBay currently features countless adverts for the memorabilia. One vendor is demanding a staggering £208.68 for two bits of the confetti, which they’re hawking alongside a poster from the concert, reports the Express.
The poster’s dimensions are unknown, but it appears to be roughly A4 or smaller, which would cost around £10 to purchase, which can be found on other websites for significantly less. One buyer wants almost £15 per piece of paper for just four pieces of the sought-after confetti, plus postage.
For £26.67, or £13.33, the same seller also has two pieces available. For £31.88, which is nearly £8 per piece of free confetti, a rival seller is offering four pieces, two of which are in each design.
Another retailer is currently selling six pieces for £26.67 or £4.45 each. You can also snap up eight pieces for £28.76, or £3.60 each. One person is only willing to sell one piece of Black Sabbath confetti for £16.12.
Some of the pieces are turning into authentic memorabilia, but not all are trying to connap fans. A 4 x 6 frame-in-four piece art installation is being demanded for £21.48 plus postage by a creative individual.
One company sold the keyrings for £16.13 each after turning individual pieces into keyrings. At least you get a useful item rather than just a piece of paper, while still making a sizable profit.
A different user is selling a Black Sabbath confetti keyring for £21.48. Not just them, they were the only ones to have this idea.
