Although her professional life is going well, Olivia Attwood’s personal life this year was “waste,” and she looks forward to 2026 being more stable.

Olivia Attwood has spoken about her personal life in 2025 being “garbage” as she faced intense scrutiny over her marriage and a major house move.

While on Sunday Roast: The Podcast for a Christmas Day special, the 34-year-old TV personality opened up about the difficulties she has faced this year to her close friend and co-host Pete Wicks as they discussed their listeners’ resolutions for 2026.

Olivia stated that her career had been on track, but she made it clear that she couldn’t expect the same for other facets of her life. She continued, “I want to really get my s*** together in 2026,” adding, “I feel like I had a good work year.” I believe my personal life was a waste in 2026, so I’d like to find more of a balance.

Olivia immediately refrained from making jokes about Pete, 37, wanting to settle down in the next year. She has known him for more than eight years and joked that he is more likely to settle down in his mid-forties.

The friends first met on The Only Way Is Essex in 2017, and earlier this year they reunited professionally to host a KISS FM show together. In August, they sparked romance rumours when they were photographed cosying up to each other during a boat party in Ibiza.

Since then, both reality TV hosts have argued that there is only friendship between them. Olivia has been open to Bradley Dack’s relationship effects despite this being controversial.

She acknowledged that their relationship over the summer had a turbulent time during an episode of her podcast Olivia’s House. It’s not a secret, she said. We had a bad summer, and I believe there was conflict between us. A marriage that is ultimately difficult is a bad thing.

The presenter added that “the rumor mill was in full swing about us having a divorce and there were source quotes going out” and that she was aware of the gossip that was being circulated regarding her marriage.

She continued, “I’ve been pictured like, you know, with my mate from my radio show Pete Wicks…he [Bradley Dack] is already p***** off at me,” explaining the real reason Bradley wasn’t present when she attended red carpet events at the time.

“At that time, we really weren’t getting on very well. I didn’t like the idea of forcing photos out onto my Instagram to pretend we’re really happy when we weren’t.”

Olivia recently experienced a heartfelt house move in addition to the relationship issues she had this year. She cried as she packed up the $1 million “dream home” she and Bradley shared, declaring, “I’ll never call home again.

Olivia wrote, “I spent the happiest, most peaceful times in my adult life in this house,” in a video montage she uploaded online. However, things don’t always go as planned. “The couple is thought to have temporarily moved to Olivia’s London apartment.
