For the first time since the announcement of the Oasis global tour, Noel and Liam Gallagher have posed together. The brothers were pictured in an Adidas promotional campaign that aired on Channel 4 and was being promoted.
Noel and Liam only ever photographed together once in the past 20 years, when a black and white photo that captured the reunion tour and made headlines all over the world was released in August of last year confirmed the pair’s reunion.
A new Adidas promotional campaign was being filmed in April. The Gallaghers were all smiles when they were spotted arriving separately at a London club for working men in Newington Green, London, rather than making music.
At the time, it was believed that the Gallaghers and the sports brand were working on new promotional material for Adidas. Based on the Oasis Live 25 tour, Adidas will create their own Originals range.
And now fans can watch the advertisement. The Oasis anthem Live Forever can be heard in the promo video, which features scenes reminiscent of early Oasis gigs with fans sporting new Adidas gear and the band logo.
There was a tambourine that once struck ice, and Liams could be heard saying, “There are days when you are in the zone, you know what I mean.” You simply remain completely silent as a result of the chaos that surrounds you. Simply put, this feeling is the best in the world, without the need to participate in it. Simply remain completely still.
Then, as the final scene of the commercial showed them reunited and posing together, Liam and Noel could be seen preparing to play a concert on stage.
In some ways, Liam’s comments on the advertisement best describe how he acts on stage. He is well known for singing up to the microphone while keeping his signature pose, with his hands behind his back, without moving or dancing. There is no doubt that as thousands of fans attend the first Oasis shows in 16 years, there will be “chaos” in the crowd later this month at the reunion shows.
Noel has previously mentioned that he is obsessed with trainers, and Liam and Noel have both previously released their own Adidas trainers. Adidas’ social media channels had earlier teased the announcement, causing a flurry of fans.
Oasis split in 2009 after a backstage brawl between the Gallaghers at the Paris Rock en Seine festival. However, thanks to the brothers’ recent reconciliation, Liam is said to have made the initial move to make amends.
On X Liam, Liam said last year, “I called him but don’t tell anyone because I do want people to think I’m a soft lad and things keep it between me and you cheers x.” Like most of Liam’s responses on social media, the response was light on humor.
Noel old pals last week said he was surprised at how effective the band is in rehearsals.
Bono, the frontman of U2, said on Oasis, “I love them. I simply adore them. And this is what I really enjoy, the kind of exclusivity that had been incorporated into the early music movement. They simply blew it out.
“There was nothing more,” she said. Not glamorizing the ghetto, but rather the sound of escaping from it. They are both funny, funny, and funny at the same time.

On July 4 at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, Noel and Liam will perform together for the first time in public since their band split nearly 20 years ago. As part of the tour, dates will be held in Dublin, London, and Manchester.
Fans erupted into rage when Liam and Noel posed for photos together on August 27 and the full schedule of their first 16-year performances were revealed.
