Anais, Noel Gallagher’s eldest child, has revealed the rather crude advice her Oasis legend father gave her when she thought about working in the music industry.
Noel Gallagher’s daughter had her chances of a career in music shot down by her famous dad. Model and photographer Anaïs, whom Noel shares with his first wife Meg Matthews, comes from a family of music legends, with her dad and uncle Liam Gallagher fronting the legendary band, Oasis.
Lennon and Gene, her cousins, also play music. Lennon, 25, Liam’s eldest son, previously dominated the automotive band before splitting up earlier this year. Gene, 23, is the frontman of Villanelle, who previously supported Liam on tour last year. A new song is due out this summer. However, Anas, 25, has no desire to follow in her parents’ footsteps.
However, this is not to say that she didn’t try it when she was younger. Noel, 58, a former student at the Londoner, revealed she once tried to learn an instrument but was unsuccessful in her attempt to find employment in the music industry.
When I was about 11, I spent a short period playing the cello, said Anas. She continued, “It’s safe to say there is not an inherent Gallagher musical gene,” in an interview with W Magazine.
My dad quickly said, “Maybe it’s not for you, but I saw a few of your recitals.” “Anas is planning to be present at every date of the upcoming Oasis Live’25 tour, where her dad and uncle will perform together for the first time in 16 years, even though her family didn’t inherit the biblical music gene,” she said.
She said, “I’m drinking right now to pre-prep my liver.” She continued, “I don’t know, electrolytes,” A fun summertime is expected. My intention is to travel to every UK event, and I’ll have my camera with me wherever I go.
Although Anas won’t be joining a large family group until later this year, her cousin Lennon recently expressed his desire to perform on stage alongside his father, brother, and Uncle Noel. He said to the Associated Press, “Yes, I mean, I think it’ll be really fun for me and my brother, my dad, and my uncle to be on stage one day.”
However, if the family ever collaborated on a staged performance, he has already made a decision about the song he’d pick. I’d like to do “Be Here Now.” He suggested that would be pretty cool.
Lennon said, “Yes, yeah, I remember the band before their split in 2009.” I believe that Oasis’s final memory, which I have since eighteen, was going to one of their final shows.
Lennon said, “Although the family is currently hunkering down and getting ready for it to start (the tour),” while talking about how the family is getting ready for the mammoth shows that will debut on July 4. We all have a longing, you know, for. It will be fantastic.
However, he doesn’t get too excited about rehearsals, saying, “No, I’m just letting him get on with that. When it begins, I’ll watch it for the real thing. Doors to the opening performance at 5 p.m. on July 4th, according to the official Principality Stadium website.
Before the main event of Oasis, both support acts will be expected to return to the stage for the first time since 2009, playing 30-45 minutes of their respective sets.
The main headline act typically wraps up around 10:30 p.m., in line with previous performances at the Principality Stadium. Cast would then take the stage at 6:30, Richard Ashcroft would follow, and Oasis would take the stage at 8 o’clock.
