A group led by the African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate for president in 2007 has proposed the shadow government to the Department of State Services (DSS), but lead counsel Akinlolu Kehinde, Akinlolu Kehinde, the agency’s lead counsel, has stated that the agency is not interested in arresting anyone over the proposed shadow government.
The senior lawyer made the declaration on Wednesday, shortly after filing a new complaint with the Federal High Court in Abuja asking for an interlocutory injunction to stop Utomi from making any public statements or speaking at rallies in connection with his pending lawsuit against him for his alleged plans to create a shadow government.
