Former president Goodluck Jonathan, who praised former military chief Ibrahim Babangida over the release of his memoir, believes the former president’s story would make Nigeria’s history incomplete. &nbsp,

Jonathan made the statement on Thursday at the launch of Babangida’s book, “A Journey in Service,” in Abuja.

” So, Ibrahim Bagandiga as we all know, is one of the most charismatic leaders in this country. People today appear to be making a pilgrimage to see him because of him. At the ceremony, which also serves as the opening of Babangida’s presidential library, Jonathan thanked God for giving him that grace and wisdom to continue mentor people.

Nigerians are aware of your significant contributions to the development of this nation’s infrastructure and social mobilization. He said, “We cannot write the history of Nigeria without dedicating a sizable portion to your service as the country’s president.” You’ve done well! “

” So, if you contribute to the documentation of the history, it makes your history stronger, more relevant, “the ex-president said.

” So, today, you’re helping us, “the former Bayelsa governor told the gathering which included past and present leaders.

Jonathan thanked the former president for launching the presidential library.

He demanded that other leaders, particularly former presidents, support the construction of the presidential library.

According to him, this will aid in better documentation of Nigeria’s history.

The former governor of Bayelsa requested assistance from the federal government for managing these libraries, which are done in various locations around the world.
