The first two head coaches were hired after the regular season ended, which is in full swing in the NFL.

The New York Giants are now led by John Harbaugh, and Kevin Stefanski is the Atlanta Falcons’ new manager.

Harbaugh and Stefanski are back at the desk.

The New York Giants quickly acted after the Baltimore Ravens released Harbaugh after missing out on the playoffs and were one of two teams to sack him mid-season.

After an 18-year stint with Baltimore, Harbaugh became the most sought-after coach of this cycle. The 2013 Super Bowl champion met with Tennessee and spoke with Atlanta about it.

The Giants, however, were the first team to sign the 63-year-old and sign him to a five-year contract, making Harbaugh one of the NFL’s highest-paid coaches.

Stefanski, who has twice been named coach of the year for the Cleveland Browns, spoke with the Giants, Baltimore, Tennessee, Las Vegas, and Miami in interviews.

After losing in the first round of the playoffs, Harbaugh and his long-term divisional rival Mike Tomlin decided to end their 19-year coaching career with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Steelers are reportedly scheduled to speak with former Dallas Cowboys and Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy, as well as former Miami head coach Brian Flores, and current Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores, in order to find just their fourth head coach since 1969.

Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley, Los Angeles Chargers defensive coordinator Jesse Minter, and Los Angeles Rams defensive coordinator Chris Shula are just a few of the teams who have interviewed or are attempting to interview them.

Flores, his Miami successor Mike McDaniel, and Robert Saleh, a former New York Jets head coach, who was hired as the San Francisco 49ers’ defensive coordinator last year, have all been interviewed by the Baltimore Ravens.

The Cleveland Browns are the third AFC North team to sign this year, and they have spoken with Todd Monken, Baltimore’s offensive coordinator, and Grant Udinski, the Jacksonville Jaguars’ offensive coordinator.

Aden Durde, the Seahawks’ top seed, has been in conversation with Atlanta and Cleveland, who has helped them win the NFC championship and advance one-win over the Super Bowl by securing a spot in the NFC Championship game on Sunday.

Will Miami have a new Shula?

Chris Shula, the grandson of legendary coach Don Shula, who helped the Dolphins win back-to-back Super Bowl victories in the 1970s, including what remains the NFL’s only unbeaten season (1972), is an exciting prospect for Miami fans.

The Arizona Cardinals have reportedly requested interviews with Saleh, Shula, and Morris about replacing Jonathan Gannon, according to reports.

Additionally, Arthur Smith, a former Atlanta coach, who has spent the last two seasons as Pittsburgh’s offensive coordinator, has been linked to them.

Both the Las Vegas Raiders and the Kansas City Chiefs’ offensive coordinator Matt Nagy were interviewed by the Rams, which has also piqued a lot of interest.
